God (spiritual not religious) through my stroke and near death experience has given me a spiritual gift unlike any I've ever known in my lifetime!
The incredibly awesome and powerful gift was love!
A supernatural love words can not express!
I love so powerful it resonates from the very core of who I am as a man!
I love and pray for each one of you my peeps!

WHO IS AARON AVILA?
Hi peeps!
As our global movement called Second Chance Stroke Survivors Worldwide continues to grow and gain momentum, you probably should know about who created the global movement.
Hi!
My name is Aaron Avila.
Born and raised 45 minutes north of San Francisco in Bay Area town called Santa Rosa.
Adopted at birth by Nonie and Vern Avila.
I have a 2 year older sister Andrea Avila who was also adopted at birth.
Born 9-1-63
My current age is 52
Age at time of stroke 47
Before my stroke I owned my own water storage tank and rainwater harvesting companies for 12 years.

Deficits: Can’t walk, Dysarthria, Balance issue, Social filter loss. To many to list!

How I truly feel:
I was the type of guy that could do about anything I set my mind to.
Cutting down a 80’ tree….no problem!
Designing a water or rain harvesting system…..no problem!
Running a crew building a 100,000 gallon water storage tank…………..no problem!
Running and owning my own companies National Storage Tank and Rain Harvesting Solutions Inc. for over 12 years BS (Before Stroke).

Then the course of my life would change forever!
I was doing the day to day grind and I truly believe there was only one thing that would stop me dead in my tracks!
A stroke and "Near death experience"!
This event in my life forced me to fully re-evaluate all the things I, like most everyone, took for granted!
Life itself, walking, talking, feeling one with my body, family, friends but I truly believe that I’ve been given a SECOND CHANCE!
I would come to believe wholeheartedly that this was a type of gift!
Yes this stroke is the hardest thing I would ever face!!!
But I was alive! Given a gift that the majority of people on this planet don’t have!
The chance to live two lives in this one! A second chance to learn not to take it all for granted!

In beginning part of me was so angry, suicidal, and felt ripped off but what I have learned since my stroke makes it all worth it!
I should have a big sign on my forehead…….Under Major Reconstruction!
I’m far from learning it all!

I would have to say and know with all my heart that if it was not for my incredible family and friends and their support I’d be in a much different place!

Wow! What can I say but what an absolute awesome powerful journey I'm on! Very gratefull for my stroke! To the very core I am as a man! This Walk Of Destiny I'm on has taken the most powerful and awesome spiritual course! This stroke has the absolutely hardest life event a man can go through on planet earth!
For me! The spiritual enlightenment I've received has made my stroke 100% worth it!

HEY STROKE SURVIVOR! DO YOU ALWAYS LOOK IN THE REARVIEW MIRROR OF YOUR LIFE?
I just wrote this to a dear stroke survivor sister of mine.
Sister, you know I love you but I need to say what's on my heart!
You know me, just keeping it real!
As the creator of the global movement Second Chance Stroke Survivors Worldwide I've seen 1,000's of stroke survivors.
The only tormented stroke survivors I've met are those stroke survivors always looking in the rearview mirror of their life!
The real problem with the stroke survivor who always looks backwards is they lose sight of where their going.
These seem out of reach HOPE, LOVE, SELF WORTH AND A LOVE AND GRATEFULNESS FOR THEIR PRESENT LIFE HARD AS IT IS!
Remember my dear grasshopper sister ............. the wolf inside your soul you feed the most will also run that person's heart!
I speak with true love!

You know I was just commenting to my dear sister Cindy Starner, replying to her comment on an inspirational quote I created.
Her comment was to kind! And I quote!
My reply .......... Quote!
"Sister thanks for the comment but please never forget I'm a stroke survivor just like you guys! Like today! Battling negative energy and a feeling of being frustrated because I'm soooooooooooo XXXXXX UP!
And I quote ................. "What you see is a spiritual gift!"
You see peeps, I really can take no credit! It was a divine gift I received with my second chance and my near death experience!
So if you don't think I struggle with this life shattering event called stroke .............. THINK AGAIN! I struggle maintaining a positive outlook on a daily bases!
I cry, I get depressed, battle chronic pain on a daily basis! And what seems like a million other things!
I was just given a special gift! Not of myself but a gift from God! A near death experience gift, and if a gift, how can I boast or get an ego over all I have accomplished on a global scale? It is a gift from God! I can't take even the slightest credit!
You see my brother and sister stroke survivors around the world. God gave me this awesome gift because he loves each one of you so much!
That's who he made me!
I actually give you my peeps the credit! For it's because of you I've received this awesome, powerful and amazing gift of love!
A love so deep to the core of who I am as I am as a man!
I have cried for you, I have laughed with you, and so much more! I love each of you peeps!
I feel it is my purpose to tell the world, through the cataclysmic life event called stroke I have found the most amazing people on planet earth!
