I was at my stroke group the other morning and I sat there and watched a wife caregiver loading her husbands wheelchair into the back of her van. Hoisting the heavy cumbersome wheelchair into the back of their van without giving it a second thought.
Seeing this I had an overwhelming feeling of graduate. Grateful for my own caregivers and caregivers around the world.
Without caregivers there would be no stroke survival.
