Melatoninn sleep aid negative reaction?
So a big day for me! My big ...........much older brother is coming down from Chico. As many of us stroke survivors know sleeping issues are common and a constant fight.
So last night I wanted so badly to have a restful nights sleep!
So around 9pm I took the common over the counter all natural sleep aid Melatonin.
About 1:30am I awoke pouring sweat. Felt like my body was so hot I was going to burst into flames!
Needles to say it had the complete opposite effect!
Been up since!
GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!
Needles to say the wife Rebecca Hensley-Avila is not happy!
