Second Chance Stroke Survivor Official's survivor of the month of March
Please congratulate Craig A. Price as SCSS stroke survivor of the month of March. Craig will be post-stroke two years on August 7th, 2015. Craig is 51 years old and resides in Georgia, but is originally from Oregon. Craig has been married for ten years to his beautiful wife Diane. Craig and Diane have 6 adult children. Craig was a pipe fitter pre-stroke and since his stroke after some recovery Craig enjoys his hobbies such as wood working, metal working, gardening, and shooting guns. As a result of Craig stroke he has expressive aphasia, non-fluent aphasia, motor and broca's aphasia, while this has been a challenge for him in communication he has come a long way and started making YouTube video's bringing people to a better understanding of aphasia. Craig is also admin to a Facebook group called Strokies and Aphasia Sufferers Have Hobbies. Craig is a very genuine person who is determined to fight his stroke and to recover. He always acknowledges other members and their post whether he just likes the post or comments on the post. Craig is also a member of a few other groups that he brings his positive attitude with him to help motivates and inspire other stroke survivors with his kindness. We are grateful and honored to have Craig as a member of SCSS and for him being our first member of the month for SCSS Official. Thanks Craig for being you.
